Soul is my favorite tool to use before entering a child's play. S.O.U.L stands for silence, observe, understand and listen. If we as adults, do those 4 things before entering a child's play we will enter more naturally and more in line with what the children's play intentions are rather than interrupt their play and push our own intentions on them.
Example:
2 children are sitting at a table with food on the table.
What are they doing? What will you do or say to enter their play?
